User agreement / Eraflyme
The administration of the platform eraflyme.ua (hereinafter - the Site) pays considerable attention to the protection of personal rights and freedoms of its Customers. The following text of the User Agreement (hereinafter - the Agreement) is addressed to an indefinite number of persons who are visitors of the website https://eraflyme.ua on the Internet and determines the procedure for using this website. Conclusory actions on the website https://eraflyme.ua shall be considered an unconditional acceptance (acceptance) of this Agreement. The User hereby acknowledges that acceptance of the Agreement is tantamount to signing and entering into an agreement on the terms and conditions set out below.
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1 This Agreement is concluded between the Buyer and the Site at the moment of order placement.
1.2 The information posted on the Site contains the terms and conditions of the offer to purchase goods and is a public offer, the status of which is set forth in Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine (CCU). Acceptance is the fact of placing an order for the offered goods.
1.3 When placing an order the Buyer agrees to the terms and conditions stipulated by this Agreement by clicking the "Checkout" button when placing an order.
1.4 Any individual or legal entity able to accept and pay for the goods on the territory of Ukraine can make a purchase on the Site.
1.5 The goods are paid in the national currency of Ukraine, by the methods described in the section "Payment and Delivery" as well as directly on the pages of the placed goods.
2. INFORMATION ABOUT THE GOODS
2.1 The goods are presented in the catalog through

2.3 At the request of the Buyer, the representative of the Site shall provide (by phone or e-mail) additional information necessary and sufficient, from the Buyer's point of view, to make a decision on the purchase of goods.
2.4 The price of the goods indicated on the Site can be changed unilaterally. Once the order is placed, the price is fixed.
2.5 In case of change of price, terms of fulfillment of the order or other essential characteristics of the goods ordered by the Buyer, the representative of the Site at the first opportunity informs the Buyer about it (by phone or e-mail) to receive confirmation or cancellation of the order. If it is impossible to contact the Buyer, the order is considered canceled.
2.6 Goods sold by the platform, are labeled with information about the main consumer properties of the goods.
3. PROCEDURE FOR PURCHASING GOODS ON THE SITE
3.1 Orders are accepted through the site and official pages in social networks: Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, Viber.
3.2 The Buyer of the site has the right to order any goods placed on the Site, in any quantity. The goods can be both available and can be created under the corresponding order. The term of fulfillment is reported by the Site representative and may be indicative. The Buyer may place an order in the following ways: by phone
3.3 To place an order when purchasing a product that is NOT in stock, the Buyer may pre-order this product. The term of fulfillment is reported by the representative of the Site and may be indicative.
3.4 If the goods are out of stock, the Company Manager is obliged to inform the Buyer (by phone or via e-mail) and to give an indication of the possible date of fulfillment of the order.
3.5 In the absence of goods in stock, the Buyer has the right to replace it with a product of a similar model, to refuse this product, to cancel the order.
3.6 The Buyer has the right to cancel the order at any time prior to payment and acceptance of the order into work, by notifying us by phone, e-mail or otherwise. After payment and sending the order to work, refusal of goods is possible, except as provided by the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".
4. PAYMENT FOR THE ORDER
4.1 The order made on the Site is paid by the Buyer by transferring funds to the card of the bank FLP. The Buyer has the right to ask the Manager to provide another method of payment. If the possibility to pay by another method is possible, the Manager shall provide the necessary information for payment by another method.
4.2 Payment for the order must be made by the Buyer by 100% advance transfer of funds to the card account of the Site. The fact of payment is a fact that confirms the Buyer's intention to receive the selected product, which is available.
4.3 In case of non-collection of funds, the Site reserves the right to cancel the order.
5 . DELIVERY AND TRANSFER OF GOODS
5.1 Delivery of goods purchased on the site is carried out by courier services in Ukraine and other countries of the world, except for the Russian Federation.
5.2 Shipment of the ordered goods in Ukraine, countries of the world, available in stock, is carried out within 1-3 working days from the date of confirmation of the order by the Buyer. Saturday Sunday and officially recognized holidays are not included in the number of working days. In case of delay in sending the order, the representative of the Site shall notify the Buyer by any means of communication from those described above.
5.4 Delivery of goods shall be paid by the Buyer. In case of delivery within Ukraine payment for courier company services shall be made by the Buyer upon receipt of goods. Delivery to other countries of the world is paid at the time of ordering.
6. PROCEDURE FOR RETURNING GOODS OF PROPER QUALITY
6.1 Return of goods to the site is made in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
6.2 The return of goods to the site is made at the expense of the Buyer.
6.3 When the Buyer returns the goods of proper quality, the site refunds him the amount of money paid for the goods on the fact of returning the goods less compensation for the costs of the site associated with the delivery of the goods to the Buyer.
7. OTHER
7.1 The Site reserves the right to expand and reduce the product offer, to regulate access to purchase any goods, as well as to suspend or terminate the sale of any goods at its sole discretion.
7.2 The Site reserves the right to unilaterally amend this agreement subject to prior publication on the Site.
7.3 The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing an order. At the same time, when making an acceptance, the Buyer gives the Seller his consent to the collection, processing, storage, use of his personal data, in the understanding of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data".
7.4 The actual date of the electronic agreement between the parties is the date of acceptance of the terms and conditions, in accordance with Art. 11 of the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce"
7.5 The use of the resource for previewing the goods, as well as for placing an order for the Buyer is free of charge.
7.6 The information provided by the Buyer is confidential. The site uses information about the Buyer solely for the purposes of order processing, sending messages to the Buyer, delivery of goods, mutual settlements and the like.
7.7 This Agreement shall be considered as published on the Site and shall be applied and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
